Zing awarded Twilio Silver Consulting Partner Status

The unprecedented events of COVID-19 have been an unexpected catalyst for businesses adapting to new technologies – in particular, cloud communications.

Initially, the uptake in cloud communications came from a desperate scramble to kick-start remote working to keep businesses somewhat functioning as “normal”. So it comes as no surprise that in Twilio’s recent findings, 97% of business leaders agree that COVID-19 has actually sped up their decision to implement some form of digital transformation.

As you can imagine, this has meant we have been extremely busy planning, building and implementing solutions for businesses, across a range of industries, with a whole host of different objectives. The way we work has changed forever so the applications we’re building aren’t just a temporary fix – these are solutions that will streamline business processes for years to come.

After an exceptionally busy few months, we are extremely pleased to have been awarded a Twilio Silver Consultancy Partner status – something we have been working towards since the start of the year. After an incredibly successful few months as a Bronze Twilio Partner, it is great to see all the hard work paying off! Achieving the Silver Partner status is a credit to the brilliant team we have here at Zing – it was truly a phenomenal team effort.

We are continuing to position ourselves as the Twilio experts – the UK’s only 100% dedicated Twilio consulting partner, and we are now working towards the Twilio Gold Partnership, which we are aiming to achieve by the end of 2020.

As always, if you are looking to implement cloud communications in your organisation, get in touch with us today!
