The Zing rocket ship goes onto the next stage

Zing Dev Limited was formally created just over two years ago after being spun out from ProspectSoft, although the two businesses remained in a Group structure and shared a number of resources.

Following the sale of ProspectSoft to The Access Group, we have been able to complete the next stage in the process and now stand as a distinct entity within our own group structure.

As part of the separation, we’ve secured additional funding from Maven Capital Partners and our other shareholders. The ongoing support of the Board and our shareholders is vital as we push ahead with our ambition to become the dominant global Twilio Consulting Partner.
